Flour is the main ingredient of our piadina: it is organic, authentic, stone-ground and whose ears grow on the hills of Romagna.
Squacquerone PDO and other dairy products from the Cesena milk plant. A company founded in 1959 and always at our side.
The pecorino of Romagna is a compact soft cheese with an intense taste given by the presence of sheep’s milk. Ideal to eat in combination with jams or simply alone.
Light-flavored and delicate ricotta.
Pleasant to taste also in combination with honey or jams, or as a filling for the preparation of first courses.
Fossa cheese is a PDO product that comes directly from Sogliano. It is the maturing process that gives it its typicality: the technique is very old.
Culatello from Zibello D.O.P. is a cured meat of protected origin, produced since 1735. It comes from Parma’s province and is among the Slow Food presidia of Romagna.
RAW PARMA HAM
Raw Ham directly from Parma with at least 18 to 24 months of maturation. It comes from selected pigs, bred exclusively in the Parma area.
We prepare the porchetta! Rolled and ‘tied’ by hand, it is cooked at low temperature. More artisanal than this… And with piadina, it is a flavour you absolutely must try!
From the Zavoli farm in Saludecio. The Zavoli family has been running the farm for more than 50 years. The Mora Romagnola pig breed is a Slow Food presidium.
Selected, cooked and prepared directly with our own hands. Roast beef is an oven-roasted beef dish whose origins are mainly Anglo-Saxon.
Purchased fresh directly from the Rimini fish market. Sardines are without doubt the most characteristic fish of Romagna.
