Piadina is a classic of Romagna Culinary Tradition, and its preparation is pretty simple.
You just need water (preferably hot), 00 flour, oil or lard and salt as required!
In Romagna, talking of piadina means talking of tradition. At Casina del Bosco we always try to give extraordinary experiences and genuine flavours to our friends.

Many people consider our piadina as the best one in Rimini, we love devoting our work to the care for our costumers, to the creation of new tastes and original combinations.
We are sure that in our Menu you can find tradition and taste mixed with the best products and the most creative ideas.
Follow our tutorial!

1. Make a “volcano” with the flour. Arrange it and dig it to create a central space.

2. Add a pinch of salt, olive oil (or as required by tradition, lard) and a bit of warm water.

3. Combine ingredients a little at a time.

4. Knead for a few minutes until getting a hard and compact dough.

5. After having left to rest the dough for about half an hour, divide the dough in small balls of about 150 grams each and roll it out with the rolling pin until obtaining a disk of about 3 millimeters thick.

6. Cook on high heat on both sides of the griddle for a couple of minutes.
